readjusted both sets of linked handcuffs, checked them for a proper fit and double locked them to prevent any undue discomfort.
I completed pre-book with Officer A. Rich's probable cause statement affixed. Officer A. Rich provided me a criminal citation
#5A0234613 which I later provided to Tara at booking.
